- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon saltand fresh cracked black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- To make the air fryer salmon and asparagus: Pat your salmon filets dry with a paper towel and arrange them on a shallow plate.
- In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, melted butter, grated garlic, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Pour half of the marinade over the salmon and massage to coat well. Let sit for 10 minutes or more.
